How to get in
Knock on the unmarked door at 134 Eldridge. Limited reservations now exist on OpenTable (parties of 6 or fewer); everyone else is first-come — on busy nights they take your number and text when seats open. Go 5–7pm or after midnight.
The honest take
Some of the best drinks in the city with genuinely warm service — the price is the line, the squeeze, and a $20+ gamble on a no-menu pour that almost always pays off. (NYC original only; the Nashville outposts are separate.)
