How to get in
Just show up — walk-ins are the model. Reservations only for parties of 10+ (a prix-fixe minimum can apply). Skip-the-line tickets on Eventbrite for weekend peaks.
The honest take
Huge, unpretentious, and openly tourist-friendly — the Empire State Building view is the product. Locals treat it as the bring-your-visitors rooftop; weekends get conveyor-belt crowded and the drinks are ordinary for the price. The winter igloos (and free red Snuggies) are a genuinely fun gimmick.
